To manage the site store by receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment accurately and safely, while maintaining proper records and inventory control.bebee

Key Responsibilities

- Receive all incoming materials and verify quantity/quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.indeed

- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues to the Site Engineer/Procurement.

- Store materials properly with correct labeling, stacking, and protection as per company and safety standards.bebee

- Issue materials only against approved requisitions and maintain signed issue/return records.

- Maintain daily stock registers, GRNs, and inventory records; update in Excel/ERP as required.bebee

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records; report variances promptly.

- Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure; follow HSE and housekeeping norms.bebee

- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and accounts for replenishment, inspections, and documentation.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock and consumption reports to management.bebee

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
