About House of Fett

House of Fett is a premium women’s fashion brand with a growing retail presence across India. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager who can independently manage store operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor store conversion, average bill value, UPT, footfall, and other key retail KPIs.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and that all brand guidelines are followed.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, attendance, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure proper handling of stock, including receiving, tagging, replenishment, transfers, and stock counts.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the concerned teams for stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed on time as per mall/store guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Retail, HR, Operations, Accounts, and Warehouse teams whenever required.
- Ensure all store SOPs, company policies, and mall guidelines are strictly followed.
- Share daily sales, attendance, stock,



and other required reports with the reporting manager.
- Monitor staff attendance and ensure employees regularly use the company attendance/HRMS system.
- Maintain proper store records, documents, and operational reports.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and aligned with House of Fett brand standards.
- Identify operational challenges and proactively communicate them to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in fashion/lifestyle retail.
- Experience in managing a premium fashion store will be an advantage.
- Should have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
- Should be well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.

Location- Oberoi mall Mumbai Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
