Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage the complete store and inventory operations at our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in material receipt, inventory control, GRN, stock management, inward/outward movement and dispatch coordination, preferably from a manufacturing-related industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive raw materials, accessories, hardware and other materials from suppliers.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Issue materials to the production team based on authorized requirements.




- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and identify shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for material transfers, returns and rejections.
- Ensure materials are properly labelled, stored and protected from damage.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess and damaged materials.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards inside the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Handle ERP/software-based inventory entries and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper control of raw materials, consumables, hardware, accessories and finished goods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
