About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage inventory and warehouse operations for our textile business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fabric stock handling, inward-outward material management, and store record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing of textile materials/fabrics
- Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records (GRN, issue slips, stock registers)
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of fabric rolls/finished goods to prevent damage
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow




- Maintain stock in ERP/Excel and generate stock reports (stock ageing, minimum stock levels, etc.)
- Ensure timely dispatch and documentation (invoices, challans, e-way bills)
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store/warehouse
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and wastage

Requirements

- Graduate with relevant store/warehouse experience
- 1–4 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in textile industry
- Working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/Tally knowledge preferred
- Good coordination, organizing, and record-keeping skills
- Physically fit to manage warehouse floor operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
