Store Incharge

Salary: ₹10,000–₹16,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, material movement and documentation at our manufacturing facility in Bawana.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Receive, inspect and properly store incoming materials.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirements.
- Maintain GRN, stock registers, material issue/return records and related documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and handling of materials.




- Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the store.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software-based inventory systems.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, responsible and disciplined with robust personal integrity.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day store operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
