Atom Life Healthcare and Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Store Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse and medical product operations. The role involves product picking, packing, dispatch coordination, inventory arrangement, floor management, stacking, and loading activities while maintaining proper handling and storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick medical products accurately as per approved invoices, orders, and dispatch instructions.
- Pack products safely and properly for dispatch to distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other customers.
- Coordinate with the Billing, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams for timely order processing.
- Verify product name, quantity, batch details, and expiry dates before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain proper floor management and ensure products are arranged systematically.
- Perform proper stacking and storage of medicines, medical devices, surgical products, and healthcare items.
- Assist in loading and unloading products during inward and outward movements.
- Ensure dispatched materials are handed over to the courier/transport team with proper documentation.
- Support stock counting, physical verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Keep the store and warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.




- Identify and report damaged, expired, short, excess, or misplaced products to the Store Coordinator/Supervisor.
- Maintain proper discipline and follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Support other store-related activities assigned by the Store Coordinator or management.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of basic warehouse/store operations.
- Ability to identify products and quantities accurately.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling loading, unloading, and stacking activities.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, surgical, or FMCG warehouse will be an added advantage.
