Mahalakshmi Beauty Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager/Store Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Lead, motivate, and develop salon team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve salon sales, service revenue, and retail performance.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity management.
- Maintain salon hygiene, operational standards, and service quality.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and product ordering.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Execute promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly business reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in salon, spa, hospitality, retail, or service industry management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Valuable knowledge of business operations and staff management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
