Tushar Trans Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of electrical equipment such as Transformer CT, PT and LT CT products.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality as per documents.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues and stock movements.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips and other store documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and arrangement of materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and monitor inventory.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per authorized requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of store-related records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess and shortage materials.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the store area.
- Support stock audits and provide inventory-related reports to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to material handling and inventory control.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory and store management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Candidate should be responsible, organized and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
