Urgent Hiring – Store Executive / Store Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive / Store Incharge with strong industrial experience and knowledge, preferably from the manufacturing, engineering, crusher plant, mining equipment, or heavy machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming materials.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory records.
- Handle GRN, material inward/outward, stock entries, and documentation.
- Identify and maintain records of spare parts, mechanical components, tools, and consumables.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain proper storage, identification,



and organization of materials.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requirements accordingly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial store experience.
- Experience in manufacturing / engineering / heavy machinery / crusher plant / mining equipment industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of industrial spare parts, mechanical items, tools, bearings, fasteners, electrical items, etc.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with ERP / Tally / inventory software will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate qualification preferred.
