About the Role

We are opening a brand-new operational branch in Kariyad, near Angamaly, and are looking for organized, proactive Station Staff to join our logistics team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher looking to start your career, we welcome your application and provide full on-the-job training!

In this role, you will play a key part in smooth hub operations, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and coordinating daily dispatch with our delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Hub Operations: Oversee receiving, staging, and dispatching of parcel shipments.

Driver Coordination: Hand over routes to Delivery Associates, ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures, and reconcile cash/returns at end-of-day.

Inventory & Tracking: Scan packages, handle digital logs, and update status entries accurately in the hub management system.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer or delivery queries at the station level to ensure timely package clearance.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain order, safety,



and operational efficiency across the sorting and staging areas.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply! Full operational training will be provided.

Prior experience in logistics, retail stockroom management, or warehouse operations is a plus (salary will reflect prior experience).

Basic literacy in using smartphones, barcoding applications, or computer systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Capability to work efficiently under shift deadlines.
