Job Summary

We are looking for a Staging & Reconciliation Specialist with experience in payment processing and reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for handling Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay staging, transaction reconciliation, settlement-related activities, and identifying transaction discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Visa, Mastercard & RuPay staging activities.
- Perform transaction-level reconciliation between internal systems, payment networks, and settlement files.
- Handle UPI and other payment-network reconciliation as required.
- Download, validate, and process network settlement/staging files.
- Identify and investigate mismatches, exceptions, failed transactions, and settlement differences.
- Prepare and process Journal Vouchers (JV) related to reconciliation and settlement.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and payment-network teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily reconciliation reports and MIS.




- Ensure all reconciliation activities are completed within defined TAT and SLA.
- Track outstanding exceptions and ensure timely closure.
- Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard & RuPay payment transactions.
- Hands-on experience in staging and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of settlement, chargebacks, reversals, refunds, and transaction life cycle.
- Strong Excel skills — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, filters, data validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large transaction datasets.
- Ability to identify and resolve reconciliation breaks independently.

Preferred Experience Candidates from Banks, Fintech, Payment Aggregators, Payment Networks, NBFCs, or Payment Processing companies with relevant reconciliation/staging experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,257.43 - ₹60,000.00 per month
