Key Responsibilities

- Provide protected, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

- Monitor and record patients vital signs, clinical condition and treatment progress.

- Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

- Assist doctors during procedures, examinations and emergency interventions.

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records and required documentation.

- Ensure proper patient identification, medication safety and infection-control practices.

- Follow NABH standards, hospital policies and nursing protocols.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing team and other departments for effective patient care.

- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, hygiene and discharge instructions.





- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety and availability of equipment and nursing supplies.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
