Staff Nurse – Aesthetic Skin & Hair Clinic Position: Staff Nurse Department: Clinical / Aesthetic Location : Bangalore Nagasandra

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing Salary: ₹35k to 40k per month

Job Responsibilities - The nurse should be aware, IV infusion, blood withdrawal, hydro facial, PRP GFC plasma extract OT set up Assist doctors and aesthetic specialists during skin, hair, and cosmetic procedures.

- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and required consumables before procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care and explain basic aftercare instructions to patients.
- Assist with procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP, skin treatments, hair treatments, and other aesthetic procedures as per clinic protocols and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, consent forms, and clinical documentation.
- Handle and maintain clinical equipment and ensure adequate availability of medical supplies.




- Monitor and report any adverse reactions or complications immediately to the doctor.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front-office staff, and other clinic team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow all clinic safety, hygiene, and patient-care standards.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and reassuring approach toward patients.

- Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced aesthetic/dermatology workplace.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn aesthetic and dermatology procedures. Preferred - Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, skin & hair clinic, or hospital.
- Experience assisting with laser, PRP, peels, or other aesthetic procedures will be an advantage.
