Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and persistent CRM Executive to manage client relationships and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. You will be the key link between our accounts and sales teams and our clients, making sure receivables are followed up on and collected on time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.A. preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM, collections, payment follow-up, or accounts receivable, preferably in a B2B workplace.
- Prior experience in a trading, manufacturing, or industrial products company is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus.
