Role Description The Sr VP in Structured Finance will lead the design, execution, and management of complex financing solutions for a diverse portfolio of corporate and SME clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves originating structured finance deals, assessing client requirements, and developing tailored funding strategies across products such as project finance, working capital structures, and trade finance solutions. The role includes overseeing deal structuring and documentation, coordinating with risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal risk frameworks.

The Sr VP will guide financial modeling and due diligence, monitor portfolio performance,



and manage key client relationships to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to product innovation, and supporting strategic decision-making at senior management level.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, Financial Services, and Investments, with proven experience in structured finance or corporate banking.
- Expertise in Financial Planning, including capital structuring, cash flow analysis, and scenario modeling for complex transactions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating credit risk, conducting due diligence, and interpreting financial and market data.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, structure, and close large-ticket deals, preferably in SME, mid-market, or project finance segments.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities with corporate and institutional clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams and collaborating across risk, legal, and operations functions.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, lending practices, and financial products used in structured and trade finance.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM) are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
