Title : Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Bangalore | Hybrid Experience: 10–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise and customer-facing digital products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI, from research and discovery to prototyping, testing, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across products and client engagements. Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing . Create intuitive, responsive, and high-quality digital experiences.

Build and maintain design systems and component libraries . Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and client stakeholders. Present design concepts and facilitate design workshops.



Mentor junior designers and drive UX best practices.

Use AI-assisted tools to improve design and prototyping efficiency. Must-Have Requirements : 10–12 years of UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design experience. Strong experience with enterprise/product-based digital solutions .

Expert-level Figma skills. Solid UX + UI, not only visual design Enterprise/product design experience Strong portfolio with case studies Hands-on user research and usability testing Design systems experience Strong client/stakeholder management Product + Engineering collaboration Design leadership/mentoring exposure preferred
