About the Company

Malti Lab Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing supplier of laboratory chemicals, industrial chemicals, and scientific consumables, serving customers across pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, research laboratories, and manufacturing industries.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to drive business development and sales growth in the chemical segment.

Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into orders.
- Visit customers and promote chemical products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and related industries.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and provide quotations on time.
- Provide effective post-sales support.

Product & Technical Support
- Understand chemical product specifications, applications, and usage.
- Assist customers with basic technical queries.
- Coordinate with internal technical and vendor teams whenever required.

Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare and share accurate quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on deliveries and customer payments.

Reporting & Market Development
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Track customer interactions, leads,



and sales pipeline.
- Provide market feedback and competitor information to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical / Science background preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales/business development, or freshers with a strong interest in sales.
- Candidates with experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, API, excipient, laboratory chemical, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

- This is a field sales role involving regular client visits.
- Candidates based in Mumbai or nearby areas are preferred.
- The candidate should be comfortable travelling for customer meetings and business development.
