Estate Vault Realty is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Pune East to build and lead our Primary Residential Sales team.

Markets: Kharadi | Wagholi | Mundhwa | Manjari | Keshav Nagar

Focus: Current Launches & Under-Construction Residential Projects

Ticket Size: 1 Cr – 5 Cr+

Location: Pune(Kharadi)

This is not just an individual sales role.

We are looking for someone who can build a sales team, lead from the front and take ownership of the Pune East business.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Take ownership of sales targets, bookings and revenue
- Manage the complete funnel from Lead Site Visit Negotiation Booking
- Build strong relationships with developers and project sales teams
- Develop deep knowledge of Pune East projects, pricing, inventory and competition
- Train the team on project positioning, customer qualification and closures
- Personally support high-value negotiations and 3–5 Cr+ customers
- Drive CRM discipline, follow-ups and conversion metrics
- Provide regular market intelligence on new launches, pricing and opportunities





Who Are We Looking For?

4–10 years of residential real estate sales experience

Strong understanding of the Pune East market

Experience in Primary / Under-Construction Residential Sales

Experience handling approximately 1 Cr–5 Cr+ properties

Proven experience in building and managing a sales team

Strong developer relationships

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Target-driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on

We are not looking for someone who simply manages leads.

We want someone who can build a territory, build a team and build revenue.
