Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and online leads.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car accessories, modifications, detailing and protection services.

- Have positive knowledge of car accessories, aftermarket products, car modifications and detailing services.

- Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing and available options clearly to customers.

- Suggest suitable accessories and modification packages based on the customer's car model, requirements and budget.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.

- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.

- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and sales.

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Stay updated about new car accessories, modification trends,



detailing products and automobile styling options.

- Customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up ability.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of automobiles/car accessories is an advantage.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic computer applications.

- Previous experience in automobile sales, car accessories, car detailing or a related industry will be an advantage.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

- Candidates interested in automobiles and car customization are preferred.

- Candidates must know Kannada languages

- Knowing other languages is an added benefit

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
