Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced senior marketing professional with strong experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, and business development. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with industrial customers, generating new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

The position involves customer visits and travelling as required for business development and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the industrial/B2B market.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and customer visits.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing industrial customers.
- Conduct customer visits and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up with customers.
- Handle negotiations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Dispatch, and other internal departments.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer databases and sales activity records.
- Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management.




- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Represent the company during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industrial events.
- Travel to customer locations and industrial areas as required.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in industrial marketing / B2B sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable understanding of sales processes and market development.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Qualification
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- An MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.

Experience 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, business development, or a related field.

Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, automobile, industrial products, components, or other B2B industries will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be confident, professionally presentable, customer-focused, and capable of independently handling industrial clients and business development activities.
