Sr. Manager – Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead project-wise budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Cash Flow & P&L; Management: Monitor project cash flows, P&L;, profitability, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Project Accounting: Oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, cost allocation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare and review project-wise MIS, financial dashboards, and reports for senior management.
- Financial Controls & Compliance: Ensure financial controls, statutory compliance, audit requirements, and accuracy of financial data.
- Team Management:



Lead and manage the Project Management Team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of financial activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with senior management, auditors, bankers, consultants, and internal teams on project-related financial matters.

Strong expertise in Project Finance, P&L;, Cash Flow, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Controls.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 15 Years in real estate

Qualification: CA – Mandatory

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
