Role Overview The Finance Manager will lead the finance and accounting function of the organization and will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, compliance, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling finance operations for an IT Services / Technology company working with international clients and multi-country business operations.

Experience managing foreign remittances, international taxation, cloud business accounting, and multi-currency transactions will be highly preferred.This role requires a hands-on leader who can build processes, ensure compliance, improve financial controls, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

- Lead and manage the complete finance and accounting operations of the organization
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial closures
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger activities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes




- Maintain accurate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review

International Finance Management

- Handle multi-country financial operations and multi-currency transactions
- Manage foreign inward remittances, export invoicing, and international payment processes
- Ensure FEMA compliance and coordination with banks for overseas transactions
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and optimize forex management
- Coordinate with international customers/vendors for finance-related matters

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Track financial performance against budgets and identify variances
- Support leadership with strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Analyze profitability, revenue trends, margins, and operational costs

Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC filings
- Manage direct and indirect taxation activities
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Handle internal and external audits independently

Reporting & Controls

- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and board-level reports
- Develop and strengthen internal control systems and financial governance
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor,



and develop the finance and accounting team
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Establish SOPs and best practices for finance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Operations, and Delivery

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in IT Services / Cloud / Technology industry is mandatory.
- Experience handling international finance operations and overseas customers preferred.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and statutory compliance
- Experience in handling global invoicing and multi-currency accounting
- Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and financial tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
