Role Description The Sr Manager Electrical EPC Business Development will lead business growth initiatives for electrical EPC projects, with a focus on power distribution, transmission protection, and infrastructure modernization. This full-time, on-site role based in Nashik involves identifying and developing current business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients, and driving proposal development and tender responses. The role includes coordinating with engineering and project teams to shape technical solutions, preparing cost and bid estimates,



and ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

The Sr

Manager will monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and recommend strategies to expand the company’s presence in key segments such as power plants, rural electrification, and urban infrastructure.

Responsibilities also include contract negotiation support, pipeline management, and regular reporting on business development performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and Power Distribution.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design and understanding of electrical systems for EPC projects.
- Experience in Electrical Maintenance within industrial, utility, or infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management in electrical EPC or related sectors.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements for electrical projects.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Comfort with frequent client interaction, on-site visits, and collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
