Holla Homes is an interior design and execution firm based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We design and build residential and commercial interiors across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. The Role

We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer to lead design on multiple projects at once. You will own each project from concept to design handover, work closely with our site supervisors during execution, and be the main design contact for the client. You should be comfortable making design decisions that account for cost, material availability, and how the work gets built on site.

What You Will Do

- Run client design meetings, understand the brief and budget, and turn them into a clear design direction.
- Develop concepts, layouts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and material and finish selections for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare complete working drawings: layouts, electrical and lighting plans, false ceiling, furniture and carpentry details, and services coordination.
- Work with the estimating team to keep design decisions aligned with the approved budget, and flag cost impact before changes reach the client.
- Complete the design-to-execution handover for each project so that the site team has drawings, specifications, and material details in one place.




- Visit sites during execution to check that work matches the drawings, and resolve design queries with the site supervisor quickly.
- Coordinate with vendors and carpenters on samples, finishes, and lead times.
- Guide and review the work of junior designers and draughtspersons.
- Present designs to clients and manage revisions and approvals in a documented way.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in interior design, with at least 1 years leading projects independently.
- Experience in both residential and commercial interiors is preferred. Strong residential experience is essential.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, and one rendering tool such as V-Ray, Enscape. Photoshop is practical.
- Good understanding of materials, modular and custom carpentry, finishes, lighting, and basic MEP coordination.
- Clear written and spoken communication with clients, in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Willingness to travel to sites across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.

Good to Have
- A portfolio of completed projects, with site photographs of the executed work alongside the design renders.
- Experience training or mentoring junior designers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
