- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and run onboarding programs for current hires. [1, 2, 3]
- Compliance & Payroll: Monitor adherence to local labor laws, maintain leave records, and assist with payroll and statutory compliance (such as PF and ESI). [1, 2]
- Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for staff grievances, mediate workplace conflicts, and conduct exit interviews. [1, 2, 3]
- Performance & Policy: Implement performance appraisal systems, update employee handbooks, and design fair company policies. [1, 2]
- HR Data & Operations: Maintain accurate records on the company's Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and track metrics like turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
