WE ARE HIRING SR. EXECUTIVE FIRE & SAFETY

Industry: Rubber Manufacturing | Location: Dombivli, Thane

Key Responsibilities:

- Head the overall Fire & Safety function across the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Fire Officers.
- Ensure effective fire prevention, protection and emergency response systems.
- Conduct HIRA, Risk Assessments, Safety Audits and regular plant inspections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Fire & Safety, Factory and statutory requirements.
- Manage fire hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, fire pump and firefighting systems.
- Conduct fire drills, emergency mock drills and safety training programs.
- Monitor safety practices across Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and other plant areas.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure contractor safety and compliance with Permit-to-Work systems.




- Develop and implement safety procedures, SOPs and Emergency Response Plans.
- Prepare Safety MIS, reports and management dashboards.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 6–10 years in Industrial Fire & Safety, preferably in manufacturing.
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Mandatory: ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Certification.
- Experience in Rubber / Tyre / Polymer / Chemical / Process Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, risk management and team-handling skills.
