We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive Sr.Executive /Asst Manager Operations to lead and manage our PAN India Technical Facility Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage technical facility management operations across multiple locations in India.
- Ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services with strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Build, manage, and strengthen a robust vendor and service partner network across the country.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire protection, and other MEP systems.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead site teams and ensure timely execution of projects and maintenance activities.




- Deliver results with a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in electrical engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- Five plus years of experience in Technical Facility Management Operations.
- Solid PAN India vendor network and excellent vendor management skills.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
