Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering, estimation and costing for civil construction projects.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, detailed estimates and cost sheets.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor works.
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents and scope of work.
- Prepare tender bids, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Analyse project costs and support budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain updated construction market rates and cost databases.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Design and Commercial teams.
- Handle tendering requirements for B2B and B2C high-rise residential/commercial projects.




- Provide accurate costing and commercial inputs to management for project pricing and decision-making.

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation, costing and rate analysis.
- Robust experience in B2B, B2C and high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, estimation and rate analysis.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, labour rates and current market pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Solid analytical, commercial, negotiation and coordination skills.
