1. Lead the combined NOC, FRT, splicing, civil and route-maintenance plan, assigning clear accountability through area managers and supervisors.
2. Review network availability, outage trends, ticket ageing, SLA performance and restoration quality, and direct improvement actions.
3. Coordinate major outages and client escalations, ensuring technical leadership, resource support and accurate stakeholder communication.
4. Review RCA and repeat-cut patterns, approve corrective plans within delegated authority and verify sustained closure.
5. Plan preventive maintenance, vulnerable-route protection and approved overhead-to-underground or network-strengthening programmes.
6. Review manpower rosters, field coverage, contractor support, material availability, vehicles and tools to address operational gaps.
7. Coordinate permissions, utility interfaces and authorised local-authority engagement with the relevant ROW and support teams.
8. Review contractor performance, work certification,



operational costs and procurement needs without bypassing financial approvals.
9. Ensure network records, splicing charts, OTDR evidence, GIS updates and as-built handovers remain accurate and accessible.
10. Lead client service reviews and support feasibility, billing inputs and operational records needed by business development, Accounts or authorised compliance owners.
11. Enforce secure work practices, review process compliance and develop area managers, engineers and field teams with HR support.
12. Present operational MIS, planning-versus-closure results, service risks and improvement progress to management with owners and target dates.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
