Full-time, in office role A leading Mumbai-based agency looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager dedicated to their retainer client - one of the largest alcobev companies in the world.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital trends and the skills to analyse, strategise, and lead a team working with creators, influencers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Insights

- Drive research and build insights by identifying cultural trends and references, backed by data and strengthened by qualitative inputs across Indian markets.
- Stay on top of digital content trends, emerging platforms, creators, and audience behaviours.

Digital Content Strategy & Execution

- Work closely with the team to assimilate and translate brand briefs into region-specific digital content campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, targets, 360-degree opportunities, and budget efficiencies.
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute original and branded content while maintaining a high standard of content production.
- Maximise brand value across content formats while operating with a creator-first model that ensures authenticity of messaging and relevance to creator audiences.
- Develop cross-platform competencies and identify new channels for digital content distribution across relevant markets.
- Work closely with the Media Analytics team to track measurement across platforms and enable dynamic campaign performance management.

Client & Partner Management

- Service client relationships and manage workflows between partners, agencies, creators, and vendors across Indian markets.
- Work closely with colleagues across India and international markets to evaluate campaign requirements, establish delivery timelines, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Identify,



procure, and manage relationships with creators, vendors, and agencies across relevant markets.

Team & Business Management

- Lead and mentor the team to deliver high-quality digital content and creator-led campaigns.
- Manage regional P&L; and ensure budget efficiency across campaigns.
- Collaborate across diverse teams, cultures, and markets to deliver international campaigns.

Production

- Develop a working understanding of video production, including budgets, shoot coordination, production timelines, and delivery of multiple content formats.
- Work with production partners across markets to ensure smooth execution and high-quality output.

Skills & Expertise

- 8–12 years of experience in digital content, management, branded content, creator management, media, or related spaces.
- Holistic understanding of social media marketing, digital operations, measurement, and campaign deployment.
- Proven experience working on end-to-end digital campaign strategies, from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, with a genuine interest in consuming content and discovering current creators and platforms.
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, balancing business objectives with creative excellence.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Comfortable travelling for work and working across different time zones approximately 5–10% of the time.
- Mid-level knowledge of video production.
- Previous experience in media buying, digital media tools, or artist management/liaising would be an advantage.
