Job Summary

We are looking for an Immigration Consultant who has prior experience or good working knowledge of immigration, overseas education, PR, study and work visa processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective clients, understanding their profiles, explaining suitable immigration pathways and converting qualified leads through professional and ethical consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise candidates on PR, Study, Work and Investment immigration pathways.
- Handle assigned warm and hot leads and schedule consultations.
- Understand and evaluate candidate profiles based on their education, work experience and immigration eligibility.
- Provide suitable guidance based on current immigration policies and requirements.
- Explain immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation and timelines to candidates.
- Create personalized immigration and global career roadmaps.
- Conduct consultations and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads and achieve individual and team targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and processes for Canada, Australia, UK, Europe and other destinations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and follow-up records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience in:

- Immigration Consultancy

- Overseas Education Consultancy

- Visa Consultancy

- PR Consultancy

- Study Abroad Counselling

- Immigration Sales/Consulting
- Freshers with strong knowledge of immigration, PR or overseas education are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of immigration processes and visa pathways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a consultative approach to sales.
- Good knowledge of immigration destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK and Europe will be an advantage.

Experience in Immigration / Overseas Education / Visa Consultancy

Knowledge of PR, Study or Work visa processes

Experience handling leads and candidate consultations

Solid communication and convincing skills

Ability to understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable pathways

Freshers: Candidates with relevant certification, coursework or strong practical knowledge of immigration/overseas education may also apply.

Salary

- Freshers: 15,00018,000 per month maximum
- Experienced candidates: Up to 28,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills and interview performance
