The Role

Were looking for a Balcony Design Consultant who combines creativity, customer handling, and sales skills. You will meet clients, understand their needs and budget, recommend balcony solutions, present proposals, and drive projects towards closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients at their homes and understand requirements and budgets.
- Recommend plants, planters, furniture, flooring, lighting and dcor solutions.
- Present designs, products and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Coordinate with the execution team after project confirmation.

What Were Looking For

- 12 years of experience in sales, design sales, interiors, furniture, landscaping or related fields.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with positive follow-up and closing ability.
- Basic understanding of design, colours, materials, furniture or plants.




- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
- Willing to travel across Gurgaon/Delhi NCR for client meetings.

Experience in interior design, landscaping, balcony/terrace design, furniture, home dcor, architecture/design products or building materials is a plus. Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
