Role & responsibilities

- Manage and maintain adequate inventory of genuine spare parts and accessories across all outlets

- Issue parts against approved job cards only strict three way matching mandatory

- Conduct monthly physical stock audit and daily bin card reconciliation

- Monitor quick moving, slow moving, and dead stock initiate timely reorder and liquidation

- Process warranty claim parts with proper documentation within 48 hours

- Generate weekly MIS reports stock position, consumption, and discrepancies

- Ensure zero stock out of critical and fast moving parts at all times

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 5 years of experience in spare parts management at an automobile dealership

- Prior experience of handling parts store independently

- Proficient in DMS parts module and MS Excel

- Strong understanding of FIFO and inventory control principles

- High integrity and attention to detail non negotiable

- ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering — added advantage

- Age — 25 to 38 years
