We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef – Oriental / Pan Asian to support culinary operations and deliver high-quality Asian cuisine in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily kitchen operations for Oriental / Pan Asian cuisine.

- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, quality, and food standards.

- Manage and guide the kitchen team during service.

- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs.

- Assist with menu planning, food costing, and inventory control.

- Ensure smooth coordination with other kitchen and F&B; teams.

Requirements

- 10–14 years of relevant culinary experience.

- Solid expertise in Oriental / Pan Asian cuisine.

- Candidates with experience in speciality restaurants such as Yautcha, Hakkasan, or China House will be preferred.

- Strong team-handling and kitchen management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
