Roles and Responsibilities :

- Following the predefined session plan while delivering training to the identified candidates who will be undertaking the course.
- Developing skills and knowledge for self and incoming candidates on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is designed
- Preparing learners to face interviews confidently.
- Conducting concurrent assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students
- Maintaining data with respect to training and related activities
- Participating in center activities (such as organizing Parents' meet, doing retention follow-up, collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make the center successful

Job Requirements :

- Education qualification: Diploma in Electronics with at least 1-2 years of experience in Solar Panel Installation Technician Work experience:1-2 years of Industrial or Trainer experience in Solar Panel Installation Technician

Technical skills:





Knowledge about different Solar components, installation, assembly and basic maintenance

Knowledge about site survey and layout requirement

Must have hands-on experience in the installation and effective working of the solar panels, including working knowledge of basic electrical wiring, work procedures, and safety standards

Soft skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Expertise in simplifying topics and working with students from marginalised backgrounds

Ability to work with teams

High problem-solving and time-management skills The individual must be willing to work in the field and travel through the day from one customer’s premise to another.
