Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Soft Skills training sessions for students.
- Conduct Communication Skills training to improve students’ verbal and written communication.
- Train students in presentation skills, public speaking, and group discussions.
- Conduct sessions on interview skills and workplace etiquette.
- Develop students’ confidence, interpersonal skills, and professional behaviour.
- Conduct activities, role plays, and practical exercises to improve learning.
- Provide guidance and feedback to students on their performance.
- Coordinate with the academic team to plan and schedule training sessions.




- Monitor student progress and maintain training-related records.
- Support placement and employability development activities.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars related to soft skills and career development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Good understanding of employability and workplace skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Robust interpersonal and classroom management skills.
