About the job The Social Media Team Lead will oversee the end-to-end social media function, client servicing and managing internal teams. The role involves leading client communication, driving strategic ideation, and ensuring high-quality, compliant content planning and execution across the client(s).

Responsibilities

✅ Handle multiple accounts - end to end ;

✅ Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of executives, writers, and designers to ensure high-quality output across all accounts.

✅ Drive creative ideation for reels, short-form storytelling, and trend integration within strict brand compliance frameworks. Should know how to create the posts, and edit reels too (REQUIRED)

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing briefs, feedback cycles, and escalations professionally.

✅ Establish and enforce structured SOPs for content planning, multi-level approvals, and publishing workflows.

✅ Collaborate with PPC and performance teams to align organic social content with paid campaign objectives for reach and engagement. Monitor paid media metrics to analyze performance and refine overall content strategy for better audience outcomes.





✅ Develop data-driven social strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, focusing on public outreach and citizen engagement.

✅ Perform final quality control on all content to ensure factual accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness for client submission.

✅ Draft comprehensive reports and pitch decks, including strategy documents for government tenders and RFPs.

✅ Maintain strict documentation and version control, ensuring all publishing schedules and project timelines are met without fail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST ; Mandatory experience in team leadership
- Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or public-sector campaigns is preferred

Minimum Experience: 5+ years
