About the Role

Comfygen Technologies is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Social Media & SMO Executive who can manage the company's social media presence and create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and an interest in video creation and editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and create engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels for social media.
- Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Create creative graphics, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.
- Write engaging captions and basic social media copy.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages.
- Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports.
- Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and management teams for content requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements




- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media, SMO, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
- Freshers with good creativity and practical social media knowledge are welcome.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Basic video shooting and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva and/or CapCut will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident personality and comfortable appearing in videos/reels when required.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation.
- Ability to take initiative and generate recent content ideas.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
