TGT – Social Studies (SST)

Lzebra Public School, Kota is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Social Studies to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Social Studies to students of Classes VI–X as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other teaching resources.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, activities, discussions, presentations, and real-life examples to make concepts engaging.
- Assess students' academic progress through classwork, tests, examinations, and regular evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and academic progress.
- Provide individual attention and academic support to students whenever required.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, awareness of current affairs, and an understanding of society and the world.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate actively in school events, activities, and academic initiatives.




- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as per school requirements.
- Relevant teaching experience at the TGT level will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English communication and subject knowledge.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using smart classes, digital teaching tools, and educational technology will be preferred.

Position TGT – Social Studies (SST)
