About the Role

We are looking for professionals with experience in the social and development sector to support consulting, programme design, project implementation and stakeholder engagement across areas such as livelihood, public health and community development.

The role will involve working closely with internal teams, implementation partners, government stakeholders, funders and other ecosystem partners to deliver high-quality social-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage consulting and implementation projects across the social sector.
- Contribute to programme planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field teams, implementation partners and external stakeholders.
- Support project delivery in areas such as livelihood, public health, community development and related development programmes.
- Conduct research, data analysis and prepare reports, presentations and project documentation.
- Support development of project proposals, concept notes, programme frameworks and implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
- Engage with government departments, NGOs, community organisations, CSR teams, donors and other stakeholders as required.
- Identify project challenges and work with relevant teams to develop practical solutions.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, consultations and capacity-building activities.
- Document learnings, best practices, case studies and project outcomes.




- Contribute to knowledge development and continuous improvement of programmes and implementation approaches.

Candidate Profile
- 310 years of relevant experience in the social sector, development sector, consulting, CSR, public health, livelihood programmes, NGOs, foundations or implementation organisations.
- Experience in programme/project management, consulting, research, implementation or stakeholder management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a energetic and project-driven environment.
- Ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel for project requirements, where applicable.
- Passion for working on social-impact and development-oriented programmes.
