We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help us build and grow Outboundry’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

What You'll Do

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of Outboundry’s social media profiles.

LinkedIn

- Manage and grow Outboundry’s LinkedIn company profile.
- Create and publish engaging posts around outbound sales, GTM, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, AI, SaaS, and sales automation.
- Research trending topics and industry conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Repurpose product updates, blogs, feature launches, customer stories, and educational content into social posts.
- Monitor comments and engagement and respond appropriately.
- Track competitor and industry activity on LinkedIn.
- Help improve engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand presence.

Instagram

- Manage Outboundry’s Instagram presence.
- Create and publish Reels, carousels, stories, and other relevant content.
- Repurpose LinkedIn and product content into Instagram-friendly formats.
- Identify relevant trends, formats, and content ideas that can help increase reach.
- Monitor engagement and audience interactions.

Facebook

- Manage Outboundry’s Facebook page.
- Publish relevant company, product, educational, and industry content.
- Repurpose content from LinkedIn and Instagram where appropriate.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.

Content & Growth

- Maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Brainstorm new content ideas based on industry trends, product updates, and audience interests.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and GTM teams to turn product updates and company activities into social content.
- Assist with basic content creation using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.




- Analyze social media performance and identify what types of content are generating better engagement.
- Experiment with different content formats, hooks, topics, and posting styles.
- Stay updated with social media trends, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and SaaS/technology.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Excellent written English and ability to write clear, engaging content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Proactive and willing to experiment rather than simply follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently in an off-site environment.

Good to Have

- Experience managing a personal LinkedIn, Instagram, or other social media account.
- Basic knowledge of B2B SaaS, sales, marketing, or technology.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, carousels, or other visual content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or copywriting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
