Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media content, coordinating with the marketing team on campaign themes, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.



The intern will assist in collecting and organizing photos, videos, and project stories, and will help optimize posts based on performance data and trends in sports and infrastructure. The role also involves basic reporting on social media metrics, competitor research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and timely updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of popular platforms and basic analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including the ability to craft engaging posts and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of sports or interest in the sports industry, with an eye for visual storytelling and branding, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with design or editing tools (such as Canva or basic photo/video editing software) and comfort working on-site in Bengaluru is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
