Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Social Media Manager / Video Podcast Co-Host. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, optimizing content for engagement and reach, and maintaining a consistent brand voice aligned with cybersecurity and financial technology themes.

The Social Media

Manager / Co-Host will collaborate on video podcast concepts, co-host episodes, prepare talking points, and support guest coordination and episode promotion. Day-to-day work includes content scheduling, community engagement, performance tracking, and close collaboration with marketing, product,



and leadership teams to ensure that social and podcast content reflects JarNox’s strategic goals and thought leadership in the industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear messaging, engaging scripts, and professional on-air presence as a co-host.

- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills for planning campaigns, aligning topics with brand objectives, and repurposing podcast content for social channels.

- Experience with video podcasting, including hosting or co-hosting, basic familiarity with recording workflows, and comfort speaking on camera or microphone.

- Ability to analyze social and podcast performance metrics, use insights to refine strategy, and report on key engagement and growth indicators.

- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Background or interest in cybersecurity, fintech, or technology communications is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
