About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence, develop effective content strategies, and drive audience engagement and growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze Instagram and other platform insights and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Participate in photoshoots/video shoots and guide content execution when required.




- Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong content planning and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with social media tools and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
