About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing social media strategies for brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of creative content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze audience engagement and recommend improvements to content strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and platform features.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Solid content stratergy and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling/analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or multiple brands will be an added advantage.
