Click 72 is looking for a disciplined and responsible Social Media Manager / Content Executive to manage day-to-day social media execution for multiple client accounts and Click 72's own profiles.

This is a hands-on execution role. We are looking for someone who can plan, create, coordinate, publish and follow up without requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for assigned clients.
- Prepare and coordinate social media graphics, carousels, posts, stories and short-form video/reel content.
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Handle stories, posts, reels and content scheduling according to approved calendars.
- Manage Click 72's own social media presence, including minimum two posts per week and regular stories/content.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, clients and internal team members to ensure content is completed on time.
- Maintain a dated task tracker/content calendar and ensure no scheduled content is missed.
- Follow up with team members for pending creatives, videos, captions, approvals and revisions.
- Give timely reminders to clients/team members wherever approvals, assets or information are pending.
- Delegate or coordinate assigned content tasks and follow them through until completion.
- Check creatives, captions, videos and posting details before publishing to reduce avoidable errors.
- Maintain proper records of published content and upcoming content.
- Report delays, mistakes,



missing assets or client issues to management immediately.
- Maintain professional communication and protect the reputation of Click 72 and its clients.
- Take responsibility for the complete execution of assigned social media accounts, not merely the creation of individual posts.

Candidate Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Ability to understand and create content for different business niches.
- Basic understanding of Canva and/or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of Reels/video editing is preferred.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Must be responsible, punctual and comfortable working in a structured office setting.
- Previous agency experience will be an advantage.

Working StructureLocation: Kolkata - Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: One of the following schedules may be assigned based on business requirements:

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Work from home: May be permitted in specific situations with prior management approval; this is primarily a work-from-office position. What We ExpectWe are not looking for someone who simply creates a post and considers the task finished.

We need someone who can plan → create → coordinate → follow up → check → publish → update records → ensure completion.

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Salary: ₹12,000 month depending on experience and capability
