RIGHT GOLDJOB DESCRIPTION – SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Designation: Social Media Manager

Reporting To: Marketing Head

Location: Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Purpose

Manage and grow approximately 10 Instagram, Facebook & YouTube pages of Right Gold and drive organic reach, engagement and follower growth through effective content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage approximately 10 social media pages.
- Plan and publish 3 content pieces per page per day.
- Conduct daily research on trends, competitors, jewellery content and viral formats.
- Prepare content ideas, video scripts, captions, titles, hashtags and descriptions.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor & Graphic Designer for content creation.
- Publish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Monitor reach, views, engagement, followers and page growth.
- Work actively to improve organic reach and engagement of all pages.
- Analyse high/low-performing content and improve future content strategy.
- Monitor comments, messages and customer interactions.




- Submit a weekly page-wise performance report to the Marketing Head.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
- Experience in managing multiple pages preferred.
- Strong content research, script writing and trend analysis skills.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts and social media analytics.
- Jewellery/Fashion/Luxury/Retail experience preferred.
