Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily social media content calendar and publishing schedule.

- Act as the key coordination point between management and the media/creative team.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, creatives, videographers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of content.

- Brief the creative team on required social media content, campaigns, formats, and deadlines.

- Follow up on content production, revisions, approvals, and publishing.

- Ensure all social media content follows brand guidelines and management requirements.

- Coordinate photo/video shoots, content requirements, and production schedules when required.

- Maintain an organized content calendar, task tracker, and approval pipeline.

- Monitor published content and coordinate corrections or updates when needed.

- Support the team with social media campaigns, events, launches, and special projects.

- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.

- Prepare basic social media performance updates and coordinate reporting with the relevant team members.
