Key Responsibilities – Social Media Executive (IT Industry)

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.

- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Create and publish engaging content related to IT products, technology, services, and company activities.

- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Create posts, reels, videos, graphics, and other digital content.

- Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional content.

- Coordinate with the technical, sales, HR, and management teams to collect relevant content.

- Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

- Run and support social media marketing campaigns and paid promotions when required.

- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.

- Monitor reach,



engagement, followers, leads, and campaign performance.

- Support lead generation through social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.

- Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, or external agencies when required.

- Ensure timely posting and maintain the quality and accuracy of published content.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
