Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
Plan and execute posts, Reels, Stories and carousels
Assist with content ideation and scripting
Shoot phone-based Reels and handle editing, including Edits
Create clean, professional creatives and carousels on Canva
Upload and publish content across platforms
Manage comments, DMs and basic DM automation
Coordinate collaborations and content requirements
Maintain the content calendar, scheduling and posting workflow
Track basic content performance/analytics
- Work closely with Nupur Gulati on the overall content and media strategy
Skills/requirements we had established: robust understanding of Instagram and short-form content; good Canva skills; ability to shoot and edit Reels; good written communication and attention to detail; comfortable working in a fast-moving nutrition/wellness content environment. Meta Ads, social-media automation and YouTube experience were advantages, but not mandatory.
